The primary purpose of Grace Baptist Tabernacle is to see souls saved through the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In doing so, we seek to honor our Savior by caring for the community around us with charity and compassion. In our fallen world, the consequences of sin are all around us. The Lord has burdened us with the desire to be a place where people can come to lay down their sin and know real salvation through faith in Jesus. We seek to be a place where lives are restored and where those who are hurting can receive emotional healing. We are an Independent Baptist Church in King, NC, and it is our hope that we be used by God to minister to people in King, throughout the Triad, and around the world.

As we reach out into the community and seek to grow the Church as a whole, we rely on support from within our church family and support from people and organizations like you. At the moment, we are working toward accomplishing multiple goals. We are a growing church and have recently purchased a plot of land on which to build. We also have multiple external ministries that we use to engage those around us. These include a music ministry led by Pastor Jonathan Riddle, whose heart is to minister in emotional healing through music. Our Pastor and Evangelist, Pastor Phil Duddy, publishes a variety of written and audio presentations of the Gospel, including a podcast series entitled The Redeeming Love Bible Broadcast that can be heard worldwide. We are also working on establishing Salem Ministries, which is our medical outreach program for those in need. It is our desire to earn and receive additional funding for these endeavors and many others that the Lord would have us put our hands to, for the growth of the church of Jesus.
